The article in Best Home magazine describes the design of Pedra Branca, “Modernity, security and sustainability: The city of Palhoça in Greater Florianópolis, will soon have the most modern project of sustainable urbanism in Latin America.”
According to Infra Magazine’s article entitled “Neighborhood-city with high investment in quality of life,” Pedra Branca integrates the walking-friendly with green building, pleasant public spaces, with the support of a high-performance infrastructure.
The Pedra Branca project was announced as one of 16 founding projects of the Climate Positive Development Program, a program of the Clinton Climate Initiative (CCI) to support the development of large-scale urban projects demonstrating that cities can grow “in a positive for climate way”.
